A Gouverneur woman was arrested last month after she allegedly slapped another customer in a McDonald's drive-through line, according to police.
The Gouverneur Police Department charged Constance Cota, 39, with harassment. Police said Cota got out of her car and slapped a man in front of her just after midnight on June 20 because she believed he was taking too long to order.
Cota was processed and released. She is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
