A St. Johnsbury woman faces a criminal threatening charge after an incident in Burke on July 5.

Vermont State Police responded to a threatening complaint at about 10:33 a.m. An investigation determined that Robin Noyes, 39, had threatened to hit William Mitchell, 60, also of St. Johnsbury, with a baseball bat.

Police arrested Noyes and took her to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. She was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court, Criminal Division on July 27 at 8:30 a.m.
