Vermont State Police arrested a Thetford man on DUI charges July 26 after a traffic stop on Interstate 91 in Fairlee.
Trooper James LeBlanc stopped a vehicle near mile marker 94 on I-91 South around 11:53 a.m., according to police. The trooper observed multiple motor vehicle violations before initiating the stop.
During the stop, LeBlanc detected signs of impairment. Andrew Lull, 40, was taken into custody and transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing. He was later issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on August 12 at 8:30 a.m. and released.
