Stolen pickup investigation leads to two arrests in Topsham

Vermont State Police arrested two men in Topsham on July 24 after investigating a reported stolen vehicle on Keenan Pond Road.

Troopers located a stolen Ford F-150 at the scene. Joseph Greenwood, 45, who lists no fixed address, was found in nearby woods. He faces charges of aggravated operation without the owner's consent, possession of stolen property, unlawful trespass into a motor vehicle, and violation of conditions of release. He was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Criminal Court on August 19.

Dwight Ricker, 54, of Topsham, was also located at the scene. He had an active cite-and-release warrant and was issued a citation to appear in the same court on July 29.

Neither suspect was lodged; both were released with court dates pending further proceedings.
