Vermont State Police cited a Corinth man on a domestic assault charge following an incident on June 8.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury barracks responded to a citizen dispute on Taplin Hill Road in Topsham around 9 p.m. According to investigators, Dakota Smith, 27, assaulted a household member.
Smith was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division on August 11 at 8 a.m.
