Vermont State Police arrested a Lyndon man Friday evening after a traffic stop on Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury led to the discovery of a violation of release conditions.

Troopers stopped a vehicle around 8:09 p.m. and identified the passenger as Curtis Harlow, 34. According to police, Harlow was in contact with a person protected under his conditions of release, a violation of a court order.

Harlow was taken into custody and held at Northern Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on June 8 at 12:30 p.m.
