Hardwick man cited for unlawful mischief in St. Johnsbury

A Hardwick man was cited on July 24 to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on an unlawful mischief charge, following a June 24 incident in St. Johnsbury.

Vermont State Police from the St. Johnsbury barracks responded to Depot Hill Road around 6:33 p.m. on June 24. Their investigation determined that Tyler Keithen, 25, of Hardwick, committed the alleged offense. The victim identified in the case is Kayla Keithen, 28, of St. Johnsbury.

Keithen was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court Criminal Division on August 31 at 8:30 a.m. No mugshot or bail information was provided.

NEK will be looking into whether the accused and the victim are related, given their shared last name.
