Tristan Garcia, 26, of St. Johnsbury, has been charged with unlawful restraint and aggravated domestic assault, according to Vermont State Police. Garcia was photographed in a mug shot taken July 17, 2026, at the state police barracks in St. Johnsbury.
Details of the alleged incident have not been released. Garcia is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
