Vermont State Police cited a Hardwick man for unlawful mischief after an incident June 24 in St. Johnsbury.
Troopers responded to Depot Hill Road about 6:33 p.m. The investigation led to Tyler Keithan, 25, being cited for the charge. The victim was identified as Kayla Keithan, 28, of St. Johnsbury.
Keithan was issued a citation on July 24 to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on Aug. 31 at 8:30 a.m. The specific act of mischief was not detailed in the state police release.
