A Lyndon man was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release after a traffic stop on Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury on the evening of June 23, 2026.

Vermont State Police said troopers on routine patrol observed a motor vehicle violation and stopped the vehicle around 7:47 p.m. The passenger was identified as Curtis Harlow, 34, of Lyndon.

An investigation determined Harlow was in contact with a person he was court-ordered to avoid, violating active conditions of release. He was taken into custody and lodged at Northeast Correctional Complex on $500 bail.
