Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury barracks arrested a Lyndon man on June 23 after a traffic stop revealed he was violating conditions of release.

At approximately 7:47 PM, troopers conducted a routine traffic stop on Memorial Drive. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Curtis Harlow, 34. Investigation found that Harlow was in contact with a protected person, in violation of his active conditions of release.
