Vermont State Police cited a 19-year-old Sutton woman on drug-impaired driving charges after a report of an erratic motorist on Interstate 91.

Trooper James LeBlanc responded to the report around 8:40 a.m. on July 1. The vehicle was located stopped in the median near mile marker 110 in Ryegate. The driver was identified as Leah Cochrane.

Investigation determined Cochrane had operated a motor vehicle under the influence of narcotics, according to police. She was taken into custody for processing and later released on a citation to appear in Caledonia County criminal court on October 19 at 8:30 a.m.

No mug shot was released, and Cochrane was not lodged.
