Vermont State Police arrested Nathan Bragg, 36, of Ryegate, on June 13 after reports of erratic driving on Scotch Hollow Road in Newbury. Troopers located the vehicle on Jefferson Hill Road and spoke with the operator. During the encounter, troopers observed indicators of impairment and determined Bragg was violating his court-ordered conditions of release by being out past curfew.

Bragg was taken to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing on suspicion of first-offense driving under the influence and violation of conditions of release. He was later issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division on June 15.
