The Vermont State Police arrested a Lyndonville man July 22 on charges of sexual assault and lewd and lascivious conduct stemming from allegations of multiple assaults over a six-year period.
Kyle O'Suileabhain, 50, was taken into custody after an investigation that began June 17, according to Det. Cpl. Christopher Pilner of the St. Johnsbury barracks. The assaults are alleged to have occurred between 2020 and 2026 in Lyndonville.
O'Suileabhain was arraigned at Caledonia Superior Court later that day. The court ordered him held without bail. He was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury.
NEK will be looking into the criminal court docket in Caledonia County for any prior charges or court appearances involving O'Suileabhain.
