Lyndonville man cited for DUI refusal after traffic stop

Vermont State Police cited a Burke man on DUI refusal charges following a traffic stop on July 16 in Lyndonville.

Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Broad and Depot streets around 11:29 p.m. after observing a traffic violation. During the stop, troopers detected signs of impairment and arrested the driver, identified as Devin Houston, 30.

Houston was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing, then released with a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on August 3 at 8:30 a.m.
