Craft and flea market raises funds for Craftsbury care center

The Craftsbury Community Care Center held a Craft & Flea Market on June 20, raising funds for residents. The event, organized by staff and volunteers, featured 12 vendors selling woodwork, crocheted items, homemade chocolates, and other goods.

Among the vendors were Warren Earle of Lowell, who sold woodwork alongside his wife Anne’s crocheted dolls and animals, and executive director Kim Roberge, who offered homemade chocolates, gummy bears, and jellies. Music was provided by local musicians Craig Taylor, Alan Turnbull, Ned Houston, and Don Houghton, all of Craftsbury.

The market took place at the care center, drawing community members including Mike Lawrence, who summers in Craftsbury from Colorado.
