A man in a wheelchair was trapped under a car in the Lebanon Walmart parking lot Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Lebanon police and fire crews responded shortly before 4 p.m. to reports of a crash involving a motor vehicle and a pedestrian. The victim, a 59-year-old man, was struck by a car and became pinned underneath. The driver was a 90-year-old woman, according to police.

Firefighters freed the man from beneath the wheelchair and transported him to a local hospital for treatment. His condition was not released.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.
