At approximately 1:26 PM, Vermont State Police issued a be-on-the-lookout (BOL) for a white Subaru, possibly an Outback, traveling southbound on Interstate 91 near mile marker 135. The vehicle was reported with a state service tag number 324. Police are urging drivers in the area to be cautious and report any sightings.
