At approximately 10:51 AM, Vermont State Police received a report of a blue hatchback driving erratically on U.S. Route 5 in Barnet. The vehicle was described as dusty with an unknown registration plate and writing on the back window. The driver allegedly passed a pedestrian with a child and nearly hit them. The vehicle was last seen heading toward St. Johnsbury. Police are searching for the vehicle. Further details are limited.
