Rollover Crash on Route 21, Driver Located

At approximately 7:46 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a rollover crash on Route 21. A passerby reported that a black sedan was upside down, and the occupants had fled the scene. A neighbor reported hearing the crash about 15 minutes prior. Units responded to investigate. At approximately 8:05 PM, the driver was located and EMS was requested to evaluate them. At approximately 8:27 PM, a wrecker was requested and was estimated to arrive within 30 minutes. By 9:07 PM, the scene was cleared and all parties were back in service. The investigation is concluded.
