Black Mustang Located in Median on I-91

At approximately 8:40 AM, Vermont State Police issued a be-on-the-lookout (BOL) for a black Mustang with unknown plate. The vehicle was initially reported driving erratically southbound on Interstate 91, but by 9:10 AM, officers clarified the car was northbound and located in the median near mile marker 110. Police stopped and spoke with the operator. Further inquiry showed the vehicle's registration expired as of May 2026. At approximately 9:27 AM, additional checks confirmed the operator's license was valid. The investigation is ongoing.
