Two people were arrested following an incident in the parking lot of a McDonald's in Derby on July 28, according to Vermont State Police.

Police said Zachary Flemming, 34, “displayed violent and tumultuous behavior” toward Thomas Annis, 21. Annis was cited for reckless endangerment for conduct that allegedly put another person in danger. Flemming was cited for aggravated disorderly conduct.

Both are scheduled to appear in Orleans County Superior Court on July 28.
