St. Johnsbury man cited on warrant, held on $200 bail

St. Johnsbury police arrested a local man on an in-state warrant the evening of July 13. Misbah Abdul-Kareem, 41, was taken into custody at about 8:16 p.m. and issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court, according to police.

Abdul-Kareem was lodged for lack of $200 bail. No further details about the underlying charge were released.

NEK will be looking into the nature of the warrant and prior court records for Abdul-Kareem.
