St. Johnsbury man accused of threatening with baseball bat

Vermont State Police arrested a St. Johnsbury man on July 5 after he allegedly threatened a man with a baseball bat. Robin Noyes, 39, was taken into custody at approximately 10:33 a.m. following a report of a threatening complaint in the town of St. Johnsbury.

According to police, Noyes threatened to hit William Mitchell, 60, also of St. Johnsbury, with a baseball bat. Noyes was transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing and was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court, Criminal Division on July 27 at 8:30 a.m.

No bail was set, and Noyes was not lodged. Court dates are subject to change at the discretion of the court.
