North Country Union High School varsity girls basketball head coach Sarah Roy has been elected president of the Vermont Basketball Coaches Association, the organization announced June 16.

Roy has led the Falcons since the shortened 2020-2021 season, when she guided the team to the school’s first girls basketball state championship.
