At approximately 5:55 PM, law enforcement units were dispatched to Valley Road in Derby following reports of a dirt bike being operated erratically. The rider was described as wearing a mohawk helmet on a black dirt bike with a red tank, possibly a Honda. The bike was last seen heading north toward Derby Line.
