At approximately 1:00 AM, Vermont State Police responded to a crash on U.S. Route 5 near the Elks Lodge in Derby. Initial reports indicate a single-vehicle crash. One person was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
