At approximately 5:39 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to Route 5 near the Cow Palace in Derby, where a person on an e-bike reportedly struck a car and fell, hitting their head on the pavement. Border Patrol agents were on scene and requested an ambulance. NEK has confirmed that an ambulance was dispatched and that the individual suffered a head injury.
