Intoxicated Male Reported on Roadway in Derby

At approximately 8:10 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a heavily intoxicated male walking in and out of the roadway near Johns Auto in Derby. According to the caller, the male appeared heavily intoxicated, with his pants falling off, and was carrying a white trash bag. He was walking on the white line, posing a hazard to traffic. The caller further reported that the man appeared to be exposing himself inadvertently and was gesturing to passing vehicles. Police responded to the scene.
