Hang-up Call Prompts Response Near Canadian Border

At approximately 8:52 AM, Vermont State Police received a 911 call from a man near the Canadian border. The caller reported an emergency at 3141 DB Road but was disconnected due to poor cell service. Dispatchers attempted to re-establish contact. At approximately 8:56 AM, the caller contacted dispatchers again and stated that he needed the fire department.
