At approximately 10:41 AM, Vermont State Police responded to reports of an individual standing in the middle of the roadway in Derby. According to first responders, the person may have entered a residence and was observed in the road. Officers are awaiting the arrival of a mental health worker to assist. The incident remains under investigation.
