After about four and a half hours of deliberation, a Grafton County jury convicted Lance Goodrich, 40, of Lyme, on a charge of second-degree murder in the 2021 shooting death of his cousin, Brooke Goodrich, 25.
The verdict came down Friday, May 15, in Grafton County Superior Court in North Haverhill. Judge Lawrence MacLeod ordered Goodrich held without bail pending sentencing, which has not yet been scheduled.
Goodrich has been held at the Grafton County jail since his arrest shortly after the shooting on Nov. 20, 2021, in Orford.
