At approximately 7:41 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to a report of a disabled vehicle blocking one lane on a corner on Tucker Hill Road in Pittsburgh. A tow truck has been called to the scene. No injuries have been reported. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area.
