At approximately 9:35 AM, the Department of Public Works reported finding a number of syringes in the upper parking lot above Dunkin' Donuts on Pearl Street in St. Johnsbury. Officers responded to the scene and collected the needles. By 9:45 AM, the area was cleared and the needles had been removed, according to dispatch records.
