The Vermont State Police say a Concord man has been cited for theft of services after an alleged incident in Danville.

Trooper Kyle Gorman said the department received a report on May 11 around 5:42 p.m. about a theft involving Caledonia Wrecker Service. Investigation led to Nathan May, 43, of Concord, as the suspect.

Police attempted to locate May without success. May later contacted the St. Johnsbury barracks and agreed to meet with troopers on May 26. He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on June 22 at 8:30 a.m.

No mug shot was released. May is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
