At 8:49 PM, the Bloomfield Fire Department was dispatched to 66 Perkins Road for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. At 8:51 PM, the alarm company reported that the homeowner was testing the alarms and that there was no illness. Fire crews arrived on scene at approximately 9:02 PM and found no alarm sounding and no carbon monoxide reading. The incident was determined to be a false alarm caused by testing, and units cleared the scene. No injuries or hazards were reported.
