At approximately 9:24 AM, St. Johnsbury Fire Department was dispatched to 560 Railroad Street, Apartment L1, for a bedroom smoke detector activation. Engine 3 and Calex 1 responded. Crews reported a three-story, type 3 construction building with nothing visible from the exterior. Firefighters are on scene investigating.
