At approximately 1:49 PM, police responded to a call regarding a 22-year-old male at 155 townhouse. The male, who suffers from a mental health illness, had sustained a cut to his chin, reportedly from a punch. He was reported to be no longer combative. Emergency medical services were also dispatched. Further information is pending.
