At approximately 12:37 PM, emergency dispatchers received a call regarding a person in a residence in St. Johnsbury. The caller reported that the individual has a history of anger issues and child trauma, and has previously attempted self-harm. St. Johnsbury Police responded to the scene. At 12:38 PM, dispatchers coordinated with mental health services to contact the family. Officers noted that if the individual resides at the residence, they may not be able to remove them. The situation remains ongoing.
