EMS Dispatched to Person Screaming at Railroad Street Apartments

At approximately 6:10 PM, St. Johnsbury Police and EMS were dispatched to 369 Railroad Street for a report of a person screaming. Dispatchers advised that a 911 caller reported a male who had been screaming and appeared to be in distress. Officers and medics responded to the scene, later identified as the new AB apartments at that address. By 6:17 PM, units confirmed the apartment number as 410 and were coordinating with EMS. The nature of the emergency remains under investigation.
