Vermont State Police are responding to a report of a truck-trailer spilling wood chips on Interstate 91 northbound near mile marker 135. According to initial reports, the trailer is carrying wood chips that are spewing onto the roadway. No injuries have been reported. The extent of the spill and any lane closures are not yet known.
