Wolcott man charged with DUI, suspended license in Hardwick

Hardwick police arrested a Wolcott man on June 6 after a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, Malcom Manning, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and operating with a suspended license, according to the Hardwick Police Department.

Officers stopped a 2012 Subaru Outback driven by Manning. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the police station, where he was processed for DUI and driving with a suspended license (DLS). Manning was later released on a citation to appear at Caledonia Superior Court on June 22 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charges.
