At approximately 1:23 AM, Newport Ambulance and Derby Line Fire Department were dispatched to a structure fire at 146 Spruce Drive in Derby. Initial reports indicate a mobile home is involved, and all occupants are out of the residence. Emergency personnel are responding code 3. No injuries have been reported at this time. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
