The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation's Dam Safety Department has graded the Shadow Lake Dam as unsatisfactory. Engineers are now reviewing new design proposals for the structure. The Glover selectboard plans to gather public feedback after state engineers accepted a set of designs.
