The Vermont Agency of Transportation has posted management plans for three state-owned rail trails on its website. The public may submit comments through the end of July.
The plans cover the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, as well as two other rail trails not named in the announcement. The documents outline maintenance, usage, and development guidelines for the multi-use recreational paths.
