A pony named Willoughby was a guest of honor at a community celebration held Saturday at the Lowell Community Library. The event marked the nation's 250th anniversary.
Peyton Camley of Lowell took a ride on Willoughby, a pony from the Pony Tree House of Jay, while her father Seth Camley looked on.
The library hosted the gathering, which featured the pony ride and other activities. Photographer Christopher Roy captured the moment.
