At approximately 2:01 PM, St. Johnsbury Police received a report of a small blonde child hiding behind a tree near the Railroad Street area. A caller reported the child across the road from the 716 Railroad Street parking lot and was trying to keep the child in the area.
Officers responded and quickly located the child. At 2:03 PM, police reported they had found a child at 63 Memorial Street. The child was safely located and reunited with family.
