At approximately 3:34 PM, St. Johnsbury Police were dispatched to the co-op in St. Johnsbury following a report of an encampment taking place behind the dumpsters. According to initial reports, there is also a female reportedly engaging in loose actions at the location. Police are on scene investigating.
