At approximately 11:38 PM, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a residence where a person is threatening to jump from a window. Responding units have covered the back and opposite sides of the house. Vice Chief Kerrigan reported that the person opened a window on the north side of the building and is still inside. Officers are maintaining surveillance and attempting to de-escalate the situation. No injuries have been reported at this time.
