Person Taken Into Custody in Gunshot Investigation

St. Johnsbury Police have taken a person into custody in connection with the investigation into a reported gunshot on Upper Cossab Avenue, NEK has confirmed. A resident previously reported hearing a single gunshot and observing a person exit a black SUV and return to a residence. The status of the investigation is ongoing.
